01South Tampa · 2025

Bayshore infinity

A narrow waterfront lot with a four-foot fall to the seawall. The slope that made the yard awkward is what made the vanishing edge possible.

Westchase courtyard

A tight rear courtyard, entirely overlooked. The answer was to build upward with shade and screening rather than outward with more paving.

03Odessa · 2024

Odessa lagoon

An acre of oak canopy where a geometric pool would have looked imported. Freeform, dark interior, and a deck that follows the trees rather than clearing them.

04Davis Islands · 2024

Davis Islands remodel

A 1991 pool with failed plaster and a screen cage that blocked the water view. Same shell, everything else replaced.
